This has probably been my worst year for gold and silver jewelry since I started detecting. I'm not complaining, but it seems like a trend is happening with what people are wearing, and losing. I've found nearly a hundred rings this year, but mostly tungsten, titanium and stainless steel. Oh well, hoping 2025 will be a banner year!
This doesn't include what I found in the Vegas area before June. Silvers on the left, golds on the right.

I feel you dude. In the 5 years I've been metal detecting i have found 437 rings. Out of the 437 only 13 have been gold and 68 have been silver and all the rest have been tungsten, titanium, and stainless steel. I even surface found a rubber ring lol. This year I did find the biggest and most valuable ring I have ever found so they are still out there. I found it in a older park so I've been leaning on them a lot more to hunt.

Oldmxrat VERY NICE FINDS :) . Remember All the new detectors coming out are ADDING to the number detectorist's out there. The more people out there detecting the more areas being detected. I know i am stingy but I think there are to many people out there detecting
