What is the tip made of in the upper item? The bottom item looks like a cheap corner paint roller, missing the roller.

I pretty sure the item at the bottom is a Scandinavian "rosette iron" for making cookies. The iron would be dipped
into cookie batter so it covers the outer surface of the iron before it is submersed into hot cooking oil.

I'm not sure about the top item. . . maybe cooking related?

My grandmother had the top item in her drawer but I dont know what she used it for. Yours looks well used and worn.

The top item is a burnishing tool for leather working or pottery.
