I am out this morning before the big storm hunting the river edge where I found a 1920 wheat yesterday. I'm hoping this was a swimming area at one time. There is a lot of evidence of homeless or hobo camping here but nothing real recent. Found another wheat and was just hitting another target when I see a man coming up from the river heading for me. I stopped and faced his direction and he stopped about 15 feet from me, looked at me with a fresh cigarette in his mouth and asked Ya got a light. No, no light here. He turned and walked away. I watched him until he was out of sight then went back to that target.. Found it ,popped it out of the ground and said to myself that looks like a book of matches. Peeked inside and sure enough it was............Never knew they had copper match covers. Found one more wheat and an Indian. the wheat's are 1928,1938,and 1946 the Indian isn't telling yet..The match cover has a carriage horse and driver . Hope the pics show that I know my pictures aren't that great but....Happy hunting and be careful out there Goldbill
