I've been on this forum for a bit I CRH. I've been doing it for about a month already got a vault manager looking out for me at my half dollar bank. Anyways here are my numbers so far. Also I look through basically all coins besides nickels. Mostly look for silver but pennies are fun to.

I've searched $150 in dimes $100 being from one bank and $50 from another which is going to be my dump bank (haven't found anything there). I got 2 silvers a 1951-p and a 1954-p.

Halves $130 my first roll got me all the silver I have today 17 silvers. 4-69s, 2-68s, 7-67s, 3-65s, and a 64.

nickles I have got nothing :(

Quarters also nothing but piecing together a state quarter set for the gf she requested one.

Pennies I've spend $50 on. Not a single wheatie. Those came from the bank that I decides to make my drop bank. Did get 5pounds of copper though. Looking for WAMs right now non found yet.

Totals

5pounds copper
Halves- 16 40%ers and 1 90%er
Dimes-2 silvers
Nickels- nothing good......
Quarters- nothing good besides some nice VF states

congratulations on the bid, but I recommend not stating that the coins and bills you've found are from CRH.

Ahh I sort of see logic in this statement. You mean the gov could if I made enough get me for tax evasion?

Wtf my star notes at $6 with 12 watchers and 6 hours left.

Just as a reference in the future, use this link to see how rare your star notes are... Actually your star note is a much rarer one. Usually the prints range between 1.2 million and 3.2 million made, yours is only at 320k made. My Currency Collection - Star Note Lookup

Thanks for the link I didn't know they had categorize mines at $16 now it paid for my sonic meal. I got the bill at a sonic lol

Just a question haven't been doing rolls in awhile due to my bad luck lol. I went to a antique mall they had a Tupperware container full of ih's for 1.25 a piece. Would it pay off if I talked them down to $1 ea and buy them all. They also had buffs and wheats I looked through the wheats no 1909s but the whole time I was thinking buying all those IH I could make a profit on eBay. Unno though that's why I'm asking the th gurus. Normally I save coins as spoils of war lol. Buying and flipping them is different though and I'm all in for a profit.

I did this once and it proved to be a poor decision. I am assuming most of these IHs are AG, G4, VG8, with a couple 1900's in F-VF condition scattered in. I would not purchase the whole lot at $1.00 a piece. 50 cents maybe but not a dollar. No profit to be made there. Go through and find some of the really nice ones and some of the pre 1890's if there are any and grab those. Other then that I would let them be

There was a lot of 1903s from what I seen I think I need to buy a red book and spend a day looking through them.

If there were a lot of coins where you could clearly read liberty on the headband then it merits a revisit for sure otherwise there probably is not much there. But you never know. I know it can eat at you knowing that they are sitting there waiting for you. Lol

On another note I drove by a bank and just happened to have $130 on me so I stopped and picked up these.

What dates a stuff should I look for in nickles lol

1942-1945 are 35% silver ( except for some of the 1942's the silver nickels will have a mint mark above the building on the reverse). Buffalo nickels 1913-1938 Lower mintages- 1938 all mints, 1939d, 1939s, and 1950d. You could also look for proofs It is also possible to find v nickels, but I hardly ever see anyone post about finding one.

Wow they didn't produce buffs long at all. The v nickles must be as rare as finding a IH. I will be on the lookout for these nickels that you mentioned. Also thank you for sharing you're knowledge

Box of cents is eliminated. The winning are well a

A 1988 were it looks like the mint mark is sitting in a crater.

And that's it out of the box of cents next contestant is the box of nicks that I'm hoping isn't a solid 2013 or 2014 box

Just got a 1938 Jeff :)

Could a 1946 be printed on one of the planchets that are 35% silver?

They're minted not printed. It could be possible but not probable. There were a lot of 46s minted. You'll find more of those than any of the older ones.
