🥇 BANNER XP Deus - Short Solo Hunt on New Land - GOLD HAMMERED!

The big plus to putting out an offer is you are the one who gets to grade and value it. have you ever thought about the most money you would put out to keep a find? For the right thing I could see myself having a big sale to raise the money. :)

Yes, but its a pretty low bar because we are not that rich. Anything too much would have to go up for sale however much I would hate it.

Oh My :censored: God ..... cant really think of anything else to say . Your posts are always amazing, but this.............:headbang:

Commendable find.

I'm waiting for the day when you find an important relic or Roman cache.

Man that's a beautiful coin!

" I turn up what I thought at first was a really shinny button. To my shock because its always furthest from your mind it turned into a GOLD HAMMERED!!!"

I love that feeling when the realisation dawns on you. Great looking hammered gold  Very high on my wishlist. Could this new long awaited permission be the location of an elusive Solidus ??
Great recovery and GL for the rest of the season.

George..

Yes, a Gold Roman Coin of any type is close to the top of my list. We have a ratio of Roman Bronze to Silver 50/1, we are getting close to 10,000 Bronzes & we wonder if this will be the Bronze to Gold Ratio? Or is it 1000/1 Silver/Gold? Or will we never get one.....

Congrats on the Banner Cru. I'm curious how big this coin is. Do you have an US coin that you could compare it to for size?

Well stuff me in a sack and call me a haggis! That's not just banner worthy, that's museum worthy!
Hope the gov. doesn't ask you to donate it. :notworthy::notworthy::notworthy::notworthy::notworthy:

No the Gov have no legal claim on it.

Congrats on the find and the Banner! I can't get over the amazing types of things you find where you are. Since I'm on the east coast of the U.S. the guys out west are envious of the ages of things we find, and I know how they feel when I see things like your coin and many other of your finds. That's a great addition to your collection! WTG.
