Yes. The Minelab suit seems to not be having any effect on the XP HW/SW release. It is not resolved as far as I know, but it also doesn't seem to have a bearing on the release as it appears based on the Beta link leaks, that XP is tweaking the software right up to the last minute. Truly a limited beta release and they are acting on the feedback, apparently.

So, is it true the V4 update and new coils are being release later this month? What about the pinpointer? The cache hunting coil?

Yes. As far as we know it is still happening based on what the USA dealers are telling us. The V 4.0 BETA access (officially only to dealers, including several TNET sponsors) and actual pinpointer hardware demos sent to dealers with announced ship dates of 31 March (including dealer sponsored MI-6 pinpointer unboxing videos posted to Y*utube) all point to this really happening, finally. Furthest we've come since the original announcements in 2015 and the XP Special Launch event in September 2016 (in which XP decided to pull the HW and SW back based on bugs discovered during conduct of that hunt event). So fingers crossed, I guess.
