X terra 705 coils

I have an x terra 705 and have been learning more and more about it. Most of my detecting has been in parks and grassy areas with some sandy areas, and small beaches. I have arranged to start some beach hunting with a couple people. My machine came with the 7.5khz concentric coil and i have been thinking of getting DD coil. I am thinking of getting a DD for better separation of targets in some areas. I am in e Chicago area and do not have any plans on going to saltwater beaches for at least a couple years. My question is which Dd coil would be best for me to use in parks and beaches e 7.5 kHz or the 18.75 kHz? I think i also saw an elliptical shaped Dd out there, does that have the same characteristics as the semi round DD coils?

The 18.75 KHZ is more sensitive to gold. The elliptical DD helps you get in smaller areas, around bushes, etc. I've used the 18.75, and it is extremely sensitive to very small items.
