Found this brass fob or badge on a defunct army Installation. I was thinking a artillery regiment device bit it’s pretty heavy, also has some script on it which I can’t make out, the bottom is folded over thanks and take care

Personally im leaning more towards suspender. clip. Possibly for a military web belt.
