My great-grandfather turned 100 this Saturday, he was with the 6th Marines on Guam and Okinawa. He’s a tough old man, I love listening to his stories! There isn’t a whole lot of them left unfortunately. Thanks to all who served!

Cherish those stories, better yet record them for the future. There are organizations (VFW, AMVETS, DAV, American Legion) that collect the stories of all vets hoping they will be listened to and learned from in the future.
