WTB: Old business and personal correspondences

I buy old letters, cards and envelopes that went through the mail.
Boxes of these are often found in business archives, estates or
attics. What looks like worthless paper to some people can be real
cash in your pocket.

I recently bought a shoebox full of old letters from England. I paid
the lucky owners $1200 for something they thought "might be" worth
$50.

This is not a hype, and not a scam -- simply a collectible that not
many people know, or care about.

I have a boxfull of paid cheques dated in the 20's and 30's by the late Earl
Rowe (former MPP and owner of 4 horse tracks in ontario, also believe he was
a Lt Governor of Ontario????)
any idea as to a possible value for such items????
Came across them while cleaning out our barn.
