WRA 1470?

WRA is winchester repeating arms, and I believe they quit stamping WRA on the bottom of bullets in 1923? Early '20s anyway if I'm not mistaken. It went to WW (winchester western) I believe. This is what I gathered from a history on shotgun shells, and would assume it applies to bullet shells too.

Winchester has chenged its logo several times over the years and in fact is going by Winchester Repeating Arms now. Their metallilc cartridges are stamped W-W while some of their shotgun shells still have the WRA logo. I would guess your stuff is circa 1950's.
