I found this in a coin roll, and trust me that is one zincoln I'm happy to find!

In case you don't know, this error is referred to as a "cud", it's when part of the die used to strike the coin chips off.

Funny thing is, the die that struck my coin also struck a bunch of other, making many more example out there. I recently saw another example sell for $110 on Ebay.

I love the error coins. Especially since you can get a nice little collection relatively inexpensively.

Neat little find. And ya know what? THAT is the ONLY way that coin will be worth even one red cent! :)
