Worn lock and a silver pendant in Northern Ca.

Trying to find out if the silver pendant is Native American or ??? Looks like a woman raising her arm to the sky with lightning coming down. The lock was a cool find as well.

It was found in a Chinese encampment in Gold Country so the Asian thought seems reasonable. Pickpan...
 

See if that earring says 'Siam' anywhere on the back.

The pics are of both sides. Although they seemingly look identical, notice the blue stone is chipped out and missing in different places. I'm leaning to the Asian direction, what would be anyones guess in era? It is also a little over 2" long as well. Pickpan...
 

I believe the curbdigger has hit the nail on the head with Siamese Silver. I have a ring with a similar design and enamel type background. Its late now but i will post a picture in the morning. Nice finds...

It appears to be, as several have said, Siamese dancers or even Indonesian or Burmese. I spent some time there and it is a historic and common motif.
