I'm curious about the spots I circled are those holes also? It's kinda hard to tell from a pic if it's made by nature or man. Post it in Indian artifacts section, it could be some type of artifact? HH

I'm pretty certain it's an ordinary limestone rock with solution channels. They are common in limestone areas such as where I live. Broken Knee is right, the other rocks you can see in the picture also have these "mysterious" holes present in one form or another. Here are a couple pictures of one I have near my pond that looks a little (if you squint with your right eye) a fossilized horse's (or T-Rex's) head.
