Show pictures of the edges , right now nothing in picture says artifact except general shape which doesn't mean much. It always help to give as much info as possible, especially type of terrain where found.

Also help forum is for help with site software, thread moved.

You see it in the water and pick it up just to throw it back and yell Dangit

Seems a difficult thing to flake, on a less than ideal material, I’d go natural as well, although an interesting shape
