I didn't see any need for the cops to have larger clips. Look how many rounds the perp let off and he didn't take out his target. Auto weapons and large clips are not nearly as effective as a well trained person with a revolver. Accuracy and a cool head will dominate over fully auto uncontrolled fire every time. Have you ever fired a full auto weapon?? Hard to control and put down accurate fire, not really useful unless confronted with multiple attackers in the open such as charging infantry. One accurately fired bullet will take down a target better than 32 fired haphazardly in the direction of a target.

Has anyone ever noticed that Roy and Gene's six-shooters were never empty? And only wounded! And in all the A-teams massive firefights, no one was ever shot? I personally on this data alone, see no reason to ban large capacity mags., only increase their capacity!!!!!

Seems like the cops had enough ammo to shoot a guy like 10 ta 15 times once the perp was out of ammo ....
