And Idea who this is? It is a Cisler & Donehue frame and my 1st thought was maybe FDR as I bought this old photo from the Earl Dodge estate who was a Political collector and Politician and it looks a bit like him in c1917 the button shown is from 1920 Cox - Roosevelt Campaign scan0001 (2).jpgDec 14 002.JPGFDR Hard back 001.jpgFDR Paper back 001.jpgDec 14 006.JPGFDR VP.JPG

Sure looks like him...but the lips and nose make me think maybe not....your photo the looks like he has a "fuller" face, like heavier, if that make sense... cool photo though.

Kind of looks like Joe Kennedy. Then I looked up pictures, and here is one I found.

This is Joe as a young man, don't think it's him. I don't think Roosevelt either ------------ hard to say.

It does look like Joe Kennedy. Maybe someone in the Kennedy family tree?

Just interested in this issue. Let me know if you find the answer, please. Even assumptions are not present

No real answers as of 8/2017 most on another collectors site seem to think Joe Blow from kokomo ;D I was thinking FDR because he became ill not long after the photo but yet the bones seem a bit off so? and is closer to Joe, maybe one of the dead Kennedy's (a joke referring to the band "Dead Kennedy's")
I bought this from the estate of Earl Dodge who was in politics and even ran for President he had a large political collection but he didn't have this marked.
Should I ever find out I will post it here, Thanks for the comments and looking.

I know...old thread. But I was bored. 😁 Nkt FDR, but close. To me, he looks a little like Anton Cermak...the Chicago Mayor who took a bullet for FDR and died. JMO
