Who knows what this is?

I have two objects that i wanna know about what it is.
I know nothing about them, only that they were found in The Netherlands.
I already noticed that the old plate has the image of the Zodiac on it,
but i don't know what they are, where they from, how old they are or what the value is.

If it is deep enough to hold a cigarette then I would say a cigarette case. If too narrow for that I would go to a woman's compact.

Pieces like this have been posted here a few times in the past I don't know that it has ever been sufficiently solved - it wasn't an item I spent much time on.

Its not deep, its more like a square plate. Maybe the thickness off 1 or 2 coins.
The old plate looks to me like the hanger of some kind of neckless because of the hole.

Thanks, i already saw that post, but they are not exactly the same. They both have a picture of the Zodiac on it, but they look different.
