At the age of 44, I even tried to run for mayor of Cleveland, but only got less than half of the votes cast. But I lost much more than just the election: my savings were gone to pay off campaign debts and my will to win had completely dissipated. This embarrassing disappointment set me on a downhill course from which I never recovered.

Wow....finally......ha/ha I thought the clue that one of Ima's favorite male actors would have given in away at the very start................Kevin Costner played Eliot Ness in '87 ? movie. And see the very first question of this thread..pg 1...Ima says Kevin Costner is his favorite actor.
