26 years later…..after knocking my Ace out of commission Saturday…and having planned to hike out to a site out Sunday, I figured I had nothing to lose by bringing along a metal detector I bought in the early 80’s that had seen little use since..when dirt digging gave way to "digging" girls…I knew it still worked…I had fired her up back about a year ago when I found this web site and became excited again about MDing, but it hadn’t been out in the field for decades..The finds were clad, shallow and meager….but satisfying nonetheless…thanks for looking
