White's Service is the BEST!! And their machines are great too!

I had a problem with my TDI SL yesterday. Today, I made the ~2 hr trip to White's and arrived at opening, unannounced, with the TDI. Promptly and courteously the receptionist called the Tech. He took my TDI and had it back to me in ~50 minutes, completely repaired. I have never been treated so well by a company, and it happens every time I go there. I think White's makes outstanding machines; they perform very well in the harsh soils of Oregon (especially compared to others I have used.) They back up these machines with an attitude and service that puts the other MD companies I have encountered, to shame. Thank you, again, White's!!!

I love all my white's from surf master too the mxt and the 5900 di pro who needs what covered were....

Yep, I took my Eagle Spectrum in to them and they called the tech right up. There was more wrong than i took it in for so he wasn't able to finish it before i had to leave but that was on Monday and UPS delivered it back to me the same Wed. 2 days from drop off to return. Yep, i call that great service.

I'm packing my XLT up this week and sending it back for repairs. It's definitely time for an overhaul. I have been having problems with the display screen but I wanted to wait until the end of the season. Now the non-motion channel is acting up! Time to go see Mr. White! The great thing about Whites Electronics is that I have complete confidence that my machine will be 100% when I get it back. And no doubt, the price of the repair will be fair. Out of the loop for a little while (pun intended) but it will be back soon enough. H Digs
