White's Goldmaster Amphibian DF 8

I found this at a marine sale, the coils change out, the big one is 24" the smaller one is 8". The large one looks like it's made to pull behind a boat. It is set up with 2X9 volt batteries. It turns on and hear it's working. I can't find anything on its age or value. Can anyone help on this.

That's a BF-8 (not DF-8). I don't know the vintage but it's quite old. You can find them on EBay for $100 or less.
