Hello, I printed off the PDF, valuable info. I see you run 5.0 filter and 11 gain, thats a great setting in farm fields I have found too. Are your settings done on the expert page, or do you use a coin or coin and jewelry program and then modify ? Thanks !
I also use an Anfibio Mlti but find myself coming back to the V more often. King detector.

I now run in relic mode but use the same settings. I like the 5.0 filter as I hit cellar holes out in the woods. I'm pretty sure I now only accept to -10 VDI's as well.

Thats good advice about accepting VDIs to -10 . I see you use the correlate feature over best data ? maybe I should try that, does it help reduce EMI ? Seems if I go any lower than 7.5 filter, the detector gets too noisy and falses too much. Also have you had any luck using the deep silver program ? I have little success with that one.
I need to set my tones on relic mode so lower iron ones sound lower and grunt. Higher tones over say VDI 55. Need to read the manual again how to do that.

If you're in an area with EMI then you need to:

Increase your filter size
use a smaller coil
turn down the RX gain

Have never used the deep silver program
