Walkin Charlies. found in a park 4" deep in Bartow FL.. I have never heard of this place . the internet came up empty for me on this 1

All I can find was a tv show called "Walkin Charlie's Range Riders".  It aired in Long Beach, CA in Jan 1952.

"Deacon Ware becomes a regular member of the cast of WALKIN CHARLIE'S RANGE RIDERS on KTTV at 5:30. TEX RITTER will be a special guest tonight."

Doubt this token is in relation to this tv show....but I can't find anything in my newspaper archives
