3 words....ADD BLOCK PLUS....you can get it for any browser and it kills 99% of the adds you see. Looking at the ADP icon at the top of my browser, It has killed 6 adds on this page so I do not have to view them.......

N google website there's the little gear looking icon. Click on that and go to settings I think. You can turn off the history log. They started doing it so they could bust illegal activity and the gov could find the people easier. Lol no it's not a comspiracy even though I know it sounds far fetched. It might be preferences, in that icon. I uses a iPod so I just clear my cookies and stuff that way. But on my old CPU I just turned them off. On this I can even turn off cookies and go private. Apple did something right at least.

The thing that does bother me is since I turned 40 this year, I get meet 40+ women ads.
No offense to anyone but I don't want to look at old cougars!
It should be "Meet 40 and under women."

Are you seeing the ads in the middle of the forums or only at the top? Everyone will see the ads at the top, even mods and admins.

The middle is usually detector ads or sell your scrap silver but occasionally it will be something like women.
I don't know what causes the Asian women ad but I know the 40+ ad started as soon as I turned 40.

Admins may have updated the software again if your seeing ads in the middle on desktop.

Charter members do not see the ads in the middle of the forums, only the banner ads at top. They made it an added feature of CM.

I use this. It's brilliant! Blocks everything.

You can even use it to block those annoying signature memes some people have.

I used to get some ads about 'lovely latinas seeking husbands'! Well I already got one of those. Come to find out, they do not have a 'try before you buy' program, either. They eventually went away, and now it's mostly Kellyco. Now that I've mentioned 'latina', they might come back for awhile.

No I get an occasional inappropriate pic on a social site, but lost all curiosity after shopping at Wally World. Its a meat feast here where I live. My wife and I get so distracted we usually have to go back the next day and get what we forgot lol. Im a older guy, and I like the mystery, no need to get naked, ruins it.

But I do have a truck driver friend who visits and he is a pornaholic. Im glad to get that cleared up, thought Tnet was in the human smuggling business now lol. Sorry for the late reply, I dont get updates on my post. It would be nice if replys would pop up for me when I log on.

Unfortunately the pop up option for replies is not available on this software, but if you have a smart phone and use the program tapatalk (now free), there is a field there that is labeled "participated" any thread you have replied in will be listed there and any new replies to threads you replied in will be in bold...

After I posted here, the Asian girl thing popped up. Then it got replaced by ads for senior citizens. I quit lookin at posts by real de tayopa and frankn and those went away. Currently, it's a lot of ads about oil and gas prospects in Oklahoma. Hey, Dad sold the mineral rights on the place in Oklahoma some years ago, so I ain't interested. After this post, we'll see which direction they go, as I don't think they're based so much on what you search but what you look at or talk about on here. Did I mention I really like ZZ Top?
