Whats it supposed to be?

Hi im new here and been trying to find a site like this to get some answers..ive had some dirt work done on my property and found some really nice native american artifacts which isn't unusual but what i found is..ive never found anything like this most of the time its just bird effigies, axes, etc. Can anyone tell me anything about it? It's 5.5" long x 3.25 wide..not even sure what to do with it cause really dont have enough storage space left..ill send photos + a photo of some of my finds in the last few day's..thanks in advance.
