whats does everybody here do for work?

Well, I am former Special Forces, and still serving the military, (part time now) and going on 18 years of service total time. Whether I stay in past this September will be the knowledge of God at this time before I make my decision to IF I reenlist, (yeah I know everyone tells me I only have 2 more years to retire), don't ask me why, I figure if I am to retire I might as well make it the full jolt of time served, but I am the one who would stay in 30 instead of 20, so another 12 years, well, lets just leave it a year at a time!

I am self employed working the motorcycle rally circuit. Got into metal detecting a couple of months ago after realizing the dream of many years since I was a young boy of finding treasure, like most of us has had and many have done. I realized when I went out for the first few times of detecting and thought about it that it isn't about finding the big one, but finding parts of history and the past and wonder who held the coin or object found and what life was like, etc. But I still have hopes of finding something big! Plus it is relaxing and peacefull!

I would like to run for president someday and get elected to straighten out this country, but I know that will never happen and if you read my text at the bottom of my page you will understand why I would not be elected, but oh well, one can only dream right?

You would have my vote for President, Mr.HarlyMan, Sir.

At 54 I retired, and on perm. disability.

Was doing photography work before I retired, and for the 12 years prior to that I was an
independent sales rep. in the electronics field of RF Shielding and EMC.

Spent 10 years driving long-haul, so I've seen every corner of the US (and most of Canada).

Got a few years yet to do the things (or try to) I've always wanted to do but never
had the chance. Our bodies don't live forever, but I'm sure as hell gonna use up
the rest of mine!
