He did "NOT" say it was a diamond. He was asking us what we "thought" it was. My reply was not a diamond. Yeh, I'm jealous.

Top looks like glass.

if they are both the same rock. I say Quartz

Set up a sluice Caleb...Tear out the guts of your sluice and leave it bear...Coat your sluice with petroleum jelly and run what you call diamonds through your sluice...Let us know what happens IF you do this...
