I have a very similar button just like this one. The only difference is the surrounding which is very light brown-green and with black lines. It is in great condition and it reads like all the others "great seal of the state of Oklahoma". I have not found it underground or in a jacket or hidden but in a friends jar of buttons!( as well as many others which I will mention another time) I was on a pottery camp in Slovenia (which is in Europe just the neighbour of Italy and Austria) and we were making things with buttons. I never knew until now that how precious it was. Sadly I will never meat the person with the jar of buttons. I've done a lot of research and as I can say I think this button did not come form U.S.A. at all. That is because many said that the dates, symbols and even the state is written different! There is a small difference in the middle of the button. the symbol is different and it dates 1907. I still do not have enough information to find out its true secret.
