Give them to your kids, sell them at craft fairs, flea markets, or art shows... do something constructive with them lol

Now thats an Idea!!!!!!!!!!!!..............lol........................HH

colored tabs are few and far between for me

I remember in the 70's people use to make all kinds of things with the old style pull tabs. You could link them by wrapping the tab through the next ring. Vests hats belts ornament etc.

The school that my little nephew goes to have the kids collect the pull tabs then sells them and uses the money to buy stuff for the school

I remember when I went to jr high (20 something years ago), some older girls would wear a necklace or bracelet with the tabs on them. Each tab represented an, eh, encounter. No idea what to do with that, just sharing.

They actually scrap them. In the long run, it would be more profitable for the school to collect items made of brass or copper than aluminum, but the thinking is that everyone drinks out of cans anymore and they're small and easy to hold onto/collect. My family does the same.
