I shipped a item to a buyer and a notice was left. Its coming up on the 15 day return mark. I wrote the guy a email telling him that a notice was left and after 15 days it will be returned. And that he would have to pay another shipping fee or if he wants forfeit the item and payment. Did i do this right? Or do I have to refund the item. I dont know, never had it happen. Thanks everyone.

There's not much choice, and where it gets worse is if your system is the same as here you will be charged for the shipping back to you, and have to pay when you pick it up. If the item is not worth much money it's hard to see any good outcome for you. If it does have a higher value then you get the extra expenses paid by him before you ship again. I've done an insane out of deals on ebay since 2000 and have never had this happen.

Thanks iron. I will problay just pay it if it comes back. The guy actually got it pretty cheap anyways. But I have a uncle I can just give the item to. It'll look good on his boat. Plus I only had .03 cents in it anyways. The shipping there was 8 bucks or so, so not a bad deal. This is my second problem with buyers, first was a no pay now this. I'm hoping a gun barrel didnt get held up in a explosives scanner. I didnt think to wipe the gun powder and carbon off the receiver end till it was dropped off.
