What to buy?

Hello all ,Ok i already have a Whites XLT but want a better detector for the beach (wet sand or water). I live in Cape May County which is south jersey. I was wandering if anyone here could recommend a few good detectors. I just bought the whites xlt so i am trying not to spend to much but i dont want to buy one that does not get the loot. Any help is appreciated.

I could recommend some, but you'll learn more by going to the Fisher, Garrett, Whites, Minelab and Tesoro's web sites and check out the water machines. You want a salt water mode and a good warranty. Think of Tiger Shark.
