O.k. fellas here an item found by a very good friend of mine from work. He brought it and several others like into to me asking the proverbial "What's it". I know it's not a dig find (it's a dumpster dive find) but I just have to know.

The only thing left to determine is the brand name which should be on the tool. I believe Craftsman and Miller Falls used the red color.
