✅ SOLVED What the heck are these???

I find these things all the time and after finding three today want to know what they are? They are different sizes and seem to be brass or copper. I know someone here can tell me what they are.

I have found those before too. I have found em under power lines. I wonder if they are part of those?

They are wire splicers.

Yes, seem to be around the power lines. I save them since the have some decent weight. Maybe I will be able to buy another machine when I sell them in as scrap.
