What kind of mineral is this ?

This looks a lots like a type of quartz but not positive because there is several larger triangular shapes on it and it brings them out more when light enters the surface. Still learning about so many minerals with so little experience.Could use help identifying.

Pictures are in to much shadow, try to make better ones. Also, scratch all parts of in with a steel knife.

I'm thinking quartz, but better pics would help.

Salvatore, the fluorescent lights will cause the images to be yellow, so try taking the pics under natural light.

Appears to be massive milky quartz but that crystaline part is a bit different and appears to be a smoky quartz. I dont see any indication of beryl or feldspar however.
