I have never seen a bullet like this before. It doesnt appear to be carved. I just dont know hoipefully someone has seen one like t before and can help with the ID.
 

I'm pretty sure that is not a bullet. I have Id'd bullets and been shooting for 30 years, and I have never seen anything like that. It MAY be a lead fishing weight.
 

Is the base hollow?
 

maybe a lead core that has left the jacket? I would expect it to be more deformed than that if so. Weird stuff does happen, tho.
 

Could it be a "Picket" bullet? Some of them are small and look like worm weights...d2
 

almost looks like a modern "boat tailed" bullett....a little deformed.????????
