✅ SOLVED What is this?

Found this in a thrift store today and I have no clue what it is.

Item is about 4" tall by about 2" wide. There are no mold marks and appears to be carved. There are some carving marks on the inside as visible in the from above pic. An odd gray/green color that reminds me of jade. Do you have any ideas?
