What is this knife?!?

I want to know if this is World war or just a house knife? I picked it up in Hungary. Any info is helpful

looks like a nice little "homemade" knife ==the nickel colored type of clip on the end make me think later made --earlier stuff would be brass most likely.

Welcome from New York State!! Your knife is definitely not a military issue knife. I looks like one somebody made who wasn't too skilled at knife making. It is cool looking, yet a little crude.
