Dug this ? here in the Mountains. Any ideas? Little latch thing in middle, pot metal weighs about 3 Oz.

When you look at the picture of the complete circle on the left it looks like a small ridge on the bottom of the circle and it completely goes around . Do you see what i am talking about ?
