What is this?? Found it diving

I found this about 20 years ago while diving about 6 miles off the coast of Destin, Fla.. what is it and where did it come from. Who made it?? through the years, I had heard a different idea from as many people that has seen it. all locals and family, this is the first time I have gotten serious about it and put it out in the world for others to look at. Here are views of both sides

Thank you doc and all the rest of the those ideas and comments, it was and is very interesting to see all the ideas as I do not know what it is. I didn't think it had much value except to me for finding it and where I found it. I do wonder if it was hand made and why there are no numbers or signs of who made it. anyway, this was very interesting and fun, Thanks, offcoursetoo

Okay, but did you read all of the thread and a few more around the forum....That was old news and it's been said and done...Doc and I are aware of one anothers presense now...and we respect any and all opinions also....No bad feeling and none taken wrong...just thought you should know that's old news....BUT I STILL REMEMBER SAYING IT...CAUSE I WAS FIRED UP....Actually you cant read it all because I deleted my post...that was because I was fired up....so,anyway ....its over!

No hard feelings I hope. Everyone on here likes to be right and has there own opinion about everything. I am no exception. What seperates people is when you are shown that you are more than likely wrong. How you react then, tells the story.
