It's about 8'' long . I googled the word ''CONDAL'' and came up nothing . The other word on the skinny end is ''GARANTIDO'' which I think means 'guaranteed' in Spanish . I don't think it's a pipe because it has pin holes on the bottom as well as the top of the fatter end and there is no soot. Is it some sort of drinking straw for rich people ? Seem like the brass would give a bad taste in your mouth . Any ideas ?

Looks like something the Catholics use, you've seen the movies where the Cardinal or Bishop is waving the thing that sprinkles holy water? Maybe thats it. Only a guess.

Its a Healing Wand . Incense or herb placed in the perforated end and then waved throughout? the home to bless or over the? patient to heal? them. Or that sounded good, didnt it?

Noodle , I found it in an old abandoned house I've been searching , it was on the top shelf in a pantry closet near the kitchen .
Gabbit , no the bottom doesn't flip open .
Gypsyheart , sorry , but I kind of like it . If I ever do decide to sell it I will definately let you know !
Weldermark , your drinking straw theory sounds interesting because I think I see toothmarks on the end of it .
Here's another pic of the fancy middle part - looks like a horse shoe .
