Most likely a replica of an ancient Hebrew coin. Looks like the original was from either the first or second year of the Second Jewish revolt (132-135 CE) led by Bar Kochba against the Roman Empire. I found photos of others online, but there's a reference page on them here:

As said by my before-posters, its a hebrew replica. It should be the smallest denominaton coined around the life of Jesus in the holy land.

Those replicas are popular due to reference in the bible as the "widows mite".
