What is this Chinese cash looking coin with the number 100 on it!!!

This is unbelievable, ive googled this thing plenty, nothing close shows up in images
I've done square, hole, token, cash coin, nothing.
I would be absolutely astounded if this piece could be identified by someone here.

Sir. I find Chinese coins while prospecting here in far northern cal but have never seen the 100 as your shows. look up CHINESE COIN IDENTIFICATION - Calgary Coin Gallery , also on Tnet there is a guy that posts lots of stuff from chinese railroad camps in texas i cant remember his name though.

Calgary coin is no help for this, it only has minted coins, not tokens/charms.
