It looks like a pre-Columbian monkey effigy, similar to Moche work from Peru. Are you sure that it's stone and not ceramic? The problem is that these kinds of figurines have been produced in large numbers for the tourist market (notably in Mexico), complete with artificial aging to add to their 'authenticity'. Someone who knows what to look for needs to examine it closely to determine if it's old or reproduction.

Found it in a house I’m pretty sure it is a stone and not ceramic no filed seams
