Found this at an old home site that has given up ih cents it's chrome plated I think. Only thing I can think of is it's off of and old car. Any ideas?

It has threads but haven't checked if it fits hose but doesn't look like it the threads are fine threads.

Kind of looks like a spray paint nozzle, but I never saw one with a screw in the end.

It's weird for sure and it came from an old site and farm machinery works the area twice a year so maybe off of some implement or the like. Don't know.
