Hello, I'm looking at coins on E bay. This quarter is graded as an MS 66 T. Can someone tell what the "T" stands for? Thanks! ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1425946388.589411.jpg

Tinted ? ???

hopefully someone knows :tongue3:
I can't find an explination

That makes sense. Thanks for the reply Don!

Its a rare slab around the time of the Appalachian horde of Jefferson nickles. Ngc started putting either a W if the coin was blast white or a T if the coin is fully toned, the program did not last long and most of the slabs contain Jefferson nickels.

Thanks for the explanation! I wonder if it increases the value?

its worth what you can get folks to pay for it---- (as always)

I paid $27.00 for it. Which is about what it books for. Thanks for the info everyone!
