✅ SOLVED What are these two things?

These are some of my finds while detecting the beach in the past. There's two items in there I can't identify. I think I see the word Chester on one of them. Can anyone help ID them?

don't have any insight on the two items, but if that little bulldog says 'Mack' on his collar, it should date to the mid 1950's. My Dad attended a heavy truck and equipment show for his employer in 1956 and brought back a dozen or so of those little Mack bulldog lapel pins
