I thought the rain was gonna let up so I ventured off into the woods after an old cellar hole. By the time I reach the site I realize how cold and miserable I allready am. I figured this spot had been pounded to death and was losing ambition pretty quick. Just as I told myself.."what are you doing out here?" I got an awesome signal on the prizm. Buckles and Coppers sound very similar on my machine so I was certain it was a large copper....nope...a sweet little shoe buckle frame! My body warmed up...my ambition skyrocketed and I was off losing track of time again! The next 3 hours was pretty descent....I got 2 Indians 1865, 1873...buttons, one nice Large Colonial button. A key....not pictured is a mess of crap like lantern heads, oxe shoes, oxe knobs, tin scrap, brass odds n ends....I will definitely be making a return trip to this site. Thanks for lookin everyone!
