Hi gang,

Talk about bizarre--the other day we found two, draped bust large cents, and today we find two Morgan Silver Dollars! I should add that John's eight-year-old son, Johnny, found the older coin on his Ace 350! Way to go, Johnny! Also found assorted buttons. The Morgans are 1883 and 1921-D. Thanks for looking and happy digging. -Lisa, John, and...Johnny!

Those are some pretty coins.
Just to be on the safe side,, put a magnet on those bad boys.
We have had a rash of counterfeit dollar coins going around up here in NYC.
Congratulations

Wow, really? That's crazy! We'll do the magnet test just to be safe. Thanks, Against! -L&J

WOW! That is what I call silver! Congrats!

Killer hunt, congratulations! :notworthy:

Fantastic coins guys! I have never found a silver dollar or a silver half. The beauty of that place is the duration of occupancy and the fact that you could find anything from Mass silver right up to these beautiful Morgans. Most of the sites I hunt were literally occupied for about 15 years. The natives came through every so often and burned everything. So each site I hunt gives up a limited number of keepers. Your place could give you a lifetime of killer finds.

Thanks, Abe! We're hoping the property will yield goodies for years to come. We'll probably go into a deep depression when all this awesomeness stops, haha! -L&J

Those are coins I've never found. The dollar coin eludes me, even clad ones.

Congrats on TWO!

Congrats on the big silvers, still on my list

Thanks, Trapper! Strange how some coins show up in abundance (sort of) and others not at all! -L&J

Thanks Scrap, I was just saying to Trapper that it's strange how some coins appear in abundance, and others never do! -L&J

Wow so many coins dropped there!

Ya, probably also has to do with the amount of feet that have tread there, back when it was a stagecoach Tavern. We lucked out. Thanks, Rubka! -L&J

Amazing finds I found a 1921 morgan almost fainted. I wish I started treasure hunting at 8 years old imagine all the finds and display cases of stuff I would have that would be a nice for a first find plaque or something. I have two girls they don't want to get dirty but they will go through my jewelery ehhhhh!!!!!!Thanks for sharing that congrats I like reading your posts plus you always have nice replies to people. That's what I love about this site Especially in the winter when I stare out the window with my sad face detecter in hand and a tear in my eye LOL Thanks Lisa & John Tommy

time to repeat my Ronald Reagan quote______________________well, (pause)----now, (pause)-----there you go again:icon_thumleft::icon_thumright:

Two in one day! Heck I've never found one!
