Just got home and cleaned it up, I couldn't find any marks on it back at the field. I found it stumbling in the corn stubble. I couldn't find anything in the orchard that is still standing. About a million aluminum caps, look like the size of a milk bottle?

I can't wait until they harvest the beans, much easier hunting in there, haaaaaaaaaaaaaaa, Mr. lazybones!

I can't get a date on the Wheat, silver cleans up so nice, I took that new kid Zach, he'll have to tell you about what he found.
Enjoy the pix

Great buckle! And your other finds tell me that there is still a lot of potential in that site. Keep on swinging!

Great find Brad. Looks like you did a nice job straightening it out also.
I only tweaked it a little, I might mess with it some more, just hard to do it and not mar it up more than I already did.

There will be more found, I found some cool stuff today, old lock back and a pocket watch.

Brad that Buckle is Very cool, not much do I seen found on land that gets my blood flowing but that's a nice save!

Great hunt Brad! I know just the aluminum milk bottle caps you're talking about... a friend's Victorian era house is littered with them. I've probably dug 100 out of that place. It's like they housed milk bottles and chucked the caps in the yard. Ha. Sweet sterling buckle man :icon_thumright:
